1.1. LIGA SUPREMA POKER will always consider the best interests of fair gameplay, and impartiality will always be a priority in all decision-making processes.
1.2. All tournaments will automatically start at the scheduled time, as displayed in the Tournament Lobby. We reserve the right to delay or cancel a tournament without prior notice.
1.3. Important information about each tournament, including blind structure, round duration, rebuy, add-on, and break details, can be found in the Tournament Lobby. We reserve the right to change the parameters of any tournament at any time without prior notice.
1.4. Seats are assigned randomly. Seat changes will not be permitted.
1.5. Prizes will be distributed as indicated in the Tournament Lobby, except when an agreement is made or the tournament is canceled. The prize structure will not be finalized until registration has closed and the rebuy and/or add-on period has ended.
1.6. To qualify for a rebuy in a rebuy tournament, the player must have sufficient funds available in their account. Funds that are committed to other games will not be considered available.
1.7. Late registration will be allowed in all tournaments. The late registration period may vary but will always be indicated in the Tournament Lobby. For example, if a tournament starts at 09:00 and has five levels of late registration with 10-minute blinds, registration will close at 09:50.
1.8. If a player uses more than one account in the same event—something we do not recommend or encourage—they do so at their own risk. This action may result in penalties such as warnings, tournament disqualification, partial or total forfeiture of winnings, and exclusion from the platform.
1.8.1. Players registering with multiple accounts in the same event must adhere to fair play rules:
l. Play only one account per hand, avoiding any unfair advantage, as failure to do so may be considered collusion.
ll. Do not engage in chip dumping between accounts (intentionally losing chips to another player).
lll. Do not exchange information about hands with other players via phone/chat programs, as this would be considered collusion.
1.8.2. The Suprema Poker Operations Team monitors and reviews all events to ensure a fair, enjoyable, and ethical poker environment. Any dishonest behavior violating fair play rules will be penalized.
1.9. The choice of nickname and avatar photo must not infringe on intellectual property, privacy, or any other third-party rights. Nicknames such as “liga supremapoker,” “supremapoker,” “liga suprema,” or any name of a participating club in the league will not be accepted, and the account will be subject to exclusion from LIGA SUPREMA POKER.
1.10. LIGA SUPREMA POKER may request personal identification documents from players at any time to verify their age. LIGA SUPREMA POKER may suspend or permanently cancel an account if a player refuses to submit the requested documents and will exclude any player found to be underage.
1.11. In all tournaments, registration can be canceled up to one minute before the scheduled start time. Tickets won in satellite tournaments do not allow for registration cancellation.
1.12. LIGA SUPREMA POKER may change registration or cancellation times without prior notice.
2.1. The tournament ends when one player has accumulated all the chips in play or when all remaining players receive the same prize. For example, if the tournament awards five identical prizes, it may end when only five players remain.
2.2. If two or more players are eliminated in the same hand, the player with more chips at the start of the hand will finish in a higher position than the player with fewer chips. If all players started the hand with an identical number of chips, they will be ranked equally, and any prizes will be distributed evenly among them.
2.2.1. During hand-for-hand play, if two or more players are eliminated in a single synchronized hand, they will be treated as having been eliminated simultaneously, even if they were at different tables. The final placement order will be based on stack size comparison.
2.3. When only one player remains to be eliminated before reaching the payout positions, the tournament will proceed in hand-for-hand mode. This means that if one table finishes a hand before the others, it must wait for the remaining table(s) to complete their hands before playing the next one.
2.4. When only two players remain at the final table, the button will post the small blind and act first in the opening round.
2.5. As players are eliminated from the tournament, the software will break tables to fill empty seats, ensuring that all tables have a balanced number of active players.
3.1. By participating in a tournament, the player accepts the risk of internet connection loss due to issues and/or instabilities between their mobile device/computer and the servers, lag, crashes, and other situations beyond the control of LIGA SUPREMA POKER.
3.2. The player releases LIGA SUPREMA POKER from any responsibility related to internet connection issues.
3.3. If a player runs out of time during a hand, whether connected or not, it will be considered a fold if they had an action pending, or the hand will be checked if no action was required.
3.4. If a player is disconnected before the start of a hand, they will still receive cards. For deal negotiations, players must be sitting out.
4.1. Players are not allowed to discuss their hand or cards until the action is complete, even if they are not participating in the hand. Players must protect the integrity of the tournament at all times. Discussing discarded cards or possible hands is not allowed. Any violation will result in penalties.
4.2. Players are prohibited from posting illegal, obscene, accusatory, defamatory, threatening, indecent, racist, or any material that violates the law or may be considered offensive through the chat function.
5.1. Poker is an individual game, not a team game. Any action or communication between players, even if intended to help, is considered unethical and prohibited.
5.2. Violations of fair play rules include soft play (playing in a way that benefits another player), chip dumping (intentionally losing chips to another player), and collusion (players working together in a hand to gain an unfair advantage). Any such violations will result in penalties, including account confiscation, account closure, fines, and rakeback retention.
5.3. We routinely review games to ensure the integrity of our tournaments and uphold fair play rules. In some cases, winnings may be withheld until the investigation is complete.
5.4. The use of artificial intelligence (BOTs) is strictly prohibited in LIGA SUPREMA POKER tournaments and games. All actions must be personally performed by the player through the system’s user interface without automation assistance.
5.5. Players suspecting any fair play violations may report them via www.securitypkr.com.br.
6.1. Violating any fair play rule will result in penalties at LIGA SUPREMA POKER’s discretion, in addition to any applicable legal measures.
6.2. During an investigation, LIGA SUPREMA POKER may temporarily suspend the player’s account and withhold deposited funds and/or winnings.
6.3. Possible penalties include warnings, balance withholding, account suspension, permanent bans, and fines.
6.4. Penalties may be applied cumulatively.
7.1. Each account is secured by a unique username and password.
7.2. Players must choose their own username and password, generating a Unique Identifier (ID).
7.3. Players are responsible for all account activity and must not share their credentials.
7.4. Any unauthorized access is the player’s responsibility.
